1Who we are

hopastudio is a trade name of TIMPIA S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. TIMPIA S.R.L. is the controller of your personal data. This means we decide why and how your data is used.

2What we collect

When you book a call or ask for the free video plan

The forms on the call page and the Free Video Marketing Plan page ask for:

• your name, e-mail address, phone number and website;
• your growth goals, what you need help with and your marketing budget range;
• anything else you choose to tell us.

Based on your answers, you then pick a time for a call in our booking calendar, or we reply to you by e-mail.

In calls, e-mails and messages

Our notes from calls (about your company, your customers, your offer and your budget), the e-mails and WhatsApp messages we exchange, and the files you send us, such as logos, images and documents.

For your free video plan

Public information about your company: your website, your product's public pages and sign-up flow, your ads in public ad libraries, and the public ads of some competitors. To see your onboarding, we may sign up to your product like a new user. We send you the video by a link. We do not publish it.

When you become a client

Your company details for the proposal and the invoices (name, registration number and address). The access you give us to the accounts we work in, such as ad accounts and analytics, and the numbers in those accounts.

When you pay

Payments go through Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's page. We do not see them and we do not keep them. Stripe tells us only that you paid, the amount and your e-mail address.

When you visit this website

Your IP address and browser type, in the technical logs of the server. This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers (see section 9).

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as data about health or religion, or bank details. Please do not send it to us.

3Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To reply to you and to prepare your call or free video plan, at your request, before any contract. Steps before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).
• To do the work in your proposal and to issue invoices. Contract and legal obligations, including tax and accounting law, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c).
• To check that your company exists and is active, to prevent abuse, and to decide how we follow up on a request based on your form answers. Our legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
• To show work we made for you in our portfolio, only with your written consent. Consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it at any time.

We write to you only about your request. If you do not reply, we send you at most two follow-up messages. We send marketing messages only if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We do not sell your data to anyone.

4Data about your customers

When we work for your company, we may see personal data of your leads, users and customers, for example in your ad accounts, your analytics or the sales calls you share with us. For that data your company is the controller. We act as your processor. We use the data only on your instructions, to run and measure the work you ordered, and for nothing else.

5Who else sees it

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) processes card payments and sends you Stripe's receipt by e-mail.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp): if you write to us on WhatsApp, the messages pass through their platform.
• Our invoicing software and our accountant, only for the invoices we issue.
• ANAF, the Romanian tax authority, through the e-Factura system, for the invoices we issue.
• Our technical providers: hosting at Hetzner Online in Germany, Cloudflare for DNS, storage, automations that tell us about new requests, the tools we use to book and hold calls and to record and share videos, and the tools we use to make ads and videos, including AI voice generation. They process the data only on our instructions.

6Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area, for example to the United States. In these cases the safeguards required by the GDPR apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at ovidiu@timpia.ro.

7How long we keep it

• Form answers, call notes and your free video plan, if you do not become a client: at most 6 months, then we delete them.
• Data from our work together, the work we delivered and our messages: as long as we work together, and at most 2 years after the last paid work.
• Invoices and accounting records: as long as accounting law requires.
• Server logs: only as long as we need them to keep the website secure and working.

8Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it or delete it, to restrict how we use it, to get it in a portable format, and to object to uses based on our legitimate interest. If you gave us your consent for something, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to us at ovidiu@timpia.ro or on WhatsApp. We reply within 30 days.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro. If you live or work in another EU country, you can also complain to the authority there.

9Cookies and free tools

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising pixels or other trackers. If we add any, we will first update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

The Channel Finder, the ARR Calculator, the CAC Payback Calculator, the LTV:CAC Calculator and the Ad Budget Calculator run in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter stay on your device. To let you bookmark or share a result, they go into the page address after the # sign, which your browser does not send to us. We do not receive them.

The ICP Builder also runs in your browser. Your answers stay in that browser tab until you close it. It does not send them to us and does not create anything.

10Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

11Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. The version on this page is always the one in force.
