1Who we are

These terms apply to this website, our free tools and the services of hopastudio. hopastudio is a trade name of TIMPIA S.R.L., a company registered in Romania.

We work only with businesses. We may check that your company exists and is active in public registers. Because we do not sell to consumers, consumer protection rules, such as the EU right of withdrawal, do not apply.

We offer The Growth Strategy™, ongoing growth work for software companies, and motion design: animated ads, explainer and launch videos, which you can also buy on their own.

2The website and free tools

You can use this website and the free tools at no cost. The calculators and the Channel Finder give estimates from the numbers and answers you enter. They are general information, not advice for your company and not a promise of results.

We may change or remove parts of the website and the tools at any time.

3The free call and video plan

The strategy call and the Free Video Marketing Plan are free. They do not oblige you to buy anything.

To make your video plan, we use public information about your company and its market, and we may sign up to your product like a new user. The plan is our view of your growth, based on that information. It is not a promise of results.

4How paid work starts

• Each engagement has a written proposal. The proposal sets the scope, the fee, the payment terms, who does what, how long the work runs and how either side can end it.
• Work starts after you accept the proposal in writing.
• If your proposal and these terms differ, the proposal applies.

5Payment and invoices

• We bill through Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's page. We do not see them and we do not keep them.
• TIMPIA S.R.L. issues the invoice to your company. The Stripe receipt confirms the payment, but it does not replace the invoice.
• Ad spend is not part of our fee. You pay the ad platforms directly, from your own ad accounts.

6What we need from you

• The access we agree on, such as partner access to your ad accounts and analytics.
• Your confirmation that you have the right to use the logos, images, texts and data you send us.
• Your check and approval of the texts in ads, including prices, offers and contact details, before they go live.

You keep your product development and your sales calls, unless your proposal says otherwise.

7Ads and claims

• The prices, offers and contact details in ads come from you or from your public website.
• We do not put medical or financial claims, or claims such as "the best", in ads without proof.
• Ad platforms can reject or stop an ad under their own rules. If that happens, we change the ad so that it follows those rules.

8What is yours

• Your website, your product, your ad accounts, your analytics, their data and every lead stay yours. We work in your accounts with the access you give us. You can remove that access at any time.
• After you pay for them, the ads, videos and other work we make for you are yours. You can use them for your company, online, on social media and on your website, with no time limit. The copyright passes to your company through the proposal or a written transfer.
• Music in our videos is licensed for social media and online ads. For TV or radio we change the music, at an extra cost.
• AI voices we use have a commercial license and do not imitate a real person. The files we make with them are yours. The voice itself is not.
• We show your work in our portfolio only with your written consent.
• You cannot use drafts or previews that you have not paid for.

9Results and liability

• Results depend on your product, your offer, your market and the ad platforms. A target or a guarantee applies only as your proposal sets it out in writing.
• We are not responsible for decisions of the ad platforms, such as rejected ads or blocked accounts.
• As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the order or the month in which the problem arose.

10When the work ends

Your proposal says how and when either side can end the work. When it ends, we leave your accounts, and everything that is yours stays with you.

11Law and disputes

Romanian law governs these terms and our work for you. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably. If we cannot, the courts competent for the registered office of TIMPIA S.R.L. in Brașov, Romania, decide.

12Personal data

Our privacy policy explains how we use personal data.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Work you have already accepted keeps the terms that applied when you accepted it.
