Channel Finder

Rank 150 acquisition channels for your stage, budget and goal. The ones you can run today come first.

How the ranking works

Each channel has a rating from 1 to 10 on twelve criteria. Your answers move the weight toward what matters for you.

Twelve ratings

Targeting, trust, intent, activation, value, impact, effort, cost, speed, feasibility, scalability and priority. A high cost or effort rating means cheap or easy.

Your answers set the weight

All criteria start equal. A lean budget adds weight to cheap channels, a short deadline to fast ones, a small team to easy ones.

One fit score

The fit score is the weighted average of the ratings, so it stays between 0 and 10. Activation counts only for self-serve channels.

Locked until you are ready

A channel that needs something you don't have yet, like customers, an audience or ad budget, leaves your top picks and says what unlocks it.

What we do with your top five

Your ranking is an estimate from eight answers. These are the three steps we take with it.

01

Pick one or two

We test one or two channels at a time, not ten. Each one gets a budget and a number that stops it.

02

Budget from your math

The CAC Payback Calculator sets the most a customer may cost. That sets the test budget.

03

Real numbers replace ratings

The ratings are a starting order. After the first weeks, your cost per customer decides.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the channel ratings come from?

They are benchmark ratings for a typical SaaS company, not results from your market. Use them as a starting order, then replace them with your own cost per customer as you test.

Should I pick self-serve or sales-led?

Self-serve if people can sign up, try and buy with little help, usually at a low or mid price. Sales-led if deals need demos, several people say yes and the contract is bigger. If you run both, check each list.

How many channels should I test at once?

One or two. Each one gets a fixed budget, a target and a stop rule, then a few weeks of real data before you decide. Ten channels at once means none of them gets a fair test.

How do I compare channels once they run?

On cost per qualified lead, conversion to paying customer and payback. Not on clicks or traffic. The CAC Payback Calculator shows the most you can pay per customer.

Is what I enter saved?

No. The finder runs in your browser and sends nothing, to us or to anyone else. Your answers stay in the page address after the # sign, which a browser does not send to a server, so you can bookmark or share your ranking.
